A burn ban was issued in Willliamson County on June 16 due to the county's hot, dry conditions. Fireworks are illegal within incorporated cities in Williamson County, but the county does not have the authority to impose similar restrictions. Follow our safety tips when lighting fireworks in unincoporated areas of the county.
