County commission is based on percentage of
monies collected:
10% of first $10,000
5% of next $15,000
2.5% of amounts more than $25,000
Any Writ (unless otherwise specified),
Venditioni Exponas, Order of Sale and Mental/Alcohol/Drug
Commitment served which exceeds 2 hours, and additional fee of
$30.00/hour per officer plus IRS recommended mileage required
for an officer to perform service and return from performing the
service.
If ordered by the court to transport to court
of Jurisdiction a fee of $30.00/hour per officer plus IRS
recommended mileage/mile, plus overnight lodging cost if
necessary.
Make checks payable to Williamson County
Constable's, and mail directly to the Constable providing
delivery of process.
