As your Constable, I am elected to a four-year term and identified as a precinct official. It is my duty to execute and return all civil and criminal processes, warrants and precepts directed and delivered by any lawful official.

As your Constable I seize and sell real and personal property upon lawful order of a court, returning the proceeds according to law. As Constable I have the authority to enforce all state and penal laws, arresting offenders, under lawful warrant or without warrant for offenses committed in my jurisdiction. I also have the authority to enforce the traffic laws of the state as well.

Other duties that involve my office are to execute writs, from evictions and sequestrations to million dollar executions that involve real and personal property. My goal is to minimize the time and expense of levy, storing and selling property while providing adequate security.

In the course of carrying out my duties of the Office of Constable, I as well as all of my deputies are State licensed Mental Health Officers and certified advanced Hostage Negotiators, trained by Dominic Misino with the International Association of Hostage Negotiators. Detective Misino is formally a lead negotiator with the NYPD ESU Hostage Negotiation Team. As your Constable, I am proudly responsible for creating a positive relationship between Williamson County law enforcement and the Mental Health Community for over 8 years. Currently, my Office aggressively addresses the apprehension of persons who are wanted by the county and district courts of Williamson County and Texas. As your Constable, I am also responsible for providing courtroom security for Justice of the Peace, Judge Dain Johnson’s court. Simplistically, as the United States Marshal serves the Federal Court system, I as Constable, along with my deputies are responsible for serving the county and state court system, basically as the enforcement officer of the court. The Constable is the officer who carries out the judge’s final order(s). This is true not only in criminal cases, but most especially in civil cases, as the Constable is primarily the Chief Civil Law Enforcement Officer of the County.

My office is located in the Williamson County Annex in Round Rock. Services can be obtained by contacting my office or contacting your local police agency within Williamson County.
