
Michelle Sanchez
Senior Office Specialist

Michelle has over six years of
administrative experience relating to office management
operations. Her most recent experience was in the
Medical community, specifically with the Austin Regional
Clinic working as a Patient Service Representative.
Prior to the Austin Regional Clinic, Michelle was
employed as a Medical Records Clerk with the Leander
Health Care Clinic. As the Office Specialist, Michelle
is primarily responsible for the administrative
logistical issues relating to civil process handled by
Constable Griffin’s Office. Michelle also has additional
responsibilities as an executive assistant to the
elected Constable. |

Janice Alvarado
Administrative Technician

Janice has several years of
secretarial experience. Her most recent endeavor was
working as a discipline secretary for the Killeen
Independent School District. Janice is a graduate with
an Associate Degree from Central Texas College,
specifically in the field of executive office
management. Janice also is a certified NCIC/TCIC
terminal operator as it relates to law enforcement
communication support services. Currently Janice is
responsible for the administrative logistical issues
relating to criminal process handled by the Constable’s
Office, specifically, through the use of computer
research technology. Janice’s computer research skills
enable the deputies to successfully apprehend fugitives
who are wanted and have outstanding warrants issued by
the county, state and federal, criminal justice system.
Janice also has secondary responsibilities as
administrative support for the Senior Office Specialist
in the Constable’s Office. |

Robert Woodring
Chief Deputy Constable

Chief Deputy Woodring is a licensed
Texas Peace Officer with over seventeen years of
experience relating to law enforcement administration
and criminal investigation. Chief Woodring currently
holds an advanced certificate issued by the Commission
of Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education.
Chief Woodring has extensive experience in the
specialized field of Mental Health Field Crisis
Intervention as well as experience in all areas of the
execution of civil and criminal process. Robert “Rob” is
a nationally certified advanced hostage negotiator, as
well as being certified in many other law enforcement
disciplines, such as undercover narcotics, police canine
operations, and highway drug interdiction detection and
enforcement. “Rob” is a graduate of the Bill Blackwood
Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas Leadership
Command College at Sam Houston State University. Chief
Woodring currently serves as Constable Griffin’s Chief
Executive Officer, second in command of all operations.
Specifically Chief Woodring is the Chief Financial
Officer with extensive responsibilities relating to the
operational budget of the Constable’s Office. |

Mike Schnautz
Captain Deputy Constable

Captain Mike Schnautz has been a licensed Texas Peace Officer for nineteen years. Mike currently holds an Advanced Peace Officer license, an Instructor license as well as being a licensed Firearms Instructor. Captain Schnautz is also a state licensed Mental Health Officer, a certified Advanced Hostage Negotiator and a certified Taser Instructor. Mike has worked in many different facets of law enforcement that include Undercover Narcotics, Police Canine, Crimes against persons and property crimes. Captain Schnautz is a graduate of the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas Command College at Sam Houston State University. Mike has obtained Civil Process Proficiency certification issued by the State as well. Captain Schnautz currently serves as Constable Griffin’s Captain in charge of not only all field operations, but as a writ and precept specialist as it relates to the execution of civil process.
